Material should not be returned to Master Meter until RMA number has been assigned. Once an RMA number is assigned, Master Meter will fax a copy to the number listed above. Credits are issued on unused resalable items ONLY and are subject to inspection. A 25% restocking fee may apply to all items being returned for credit. List all items being returned in groups by size or type. All repair or replacement costs are subject to the terms & conditions of the warranty. Product damaged due to improper packing will not be repaired or replaced under warranty. Product being returned for accuracy testing should be accompanied with test results. If not, test fee will apply. No product over SIX (6) months of age will be considered for credit. If returning defective registers, only return registers on all meters except 5/8" through 1" Top Load meters.
