CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPLIER
We now want to provide an update on our role as a technology-based products and services key supplier to the critical infrastructure water sector as outlined by the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
Master Meter continues our policies as established in our previous announcement. Additionally, in accordance with Texas State, County, and City declarations of disaster, we have empowered our essential employees to continue to provide services and perform work necessary for Master Meter to continue to offer, operate, maintain and repair “Essential Critical Infrastructure” in support of our North American water utilities.
As Master Meter endeavors to keep our customers supplied, we can anticipate possible minor delays as our workers maintain safe social distance practices to ensure our workforce is protected, secure, and able to work without interruption.
Our COVID19 Executive Taskforce continues to monitor developments and make adjustments to ensure maximum support of our valued customers, employee family, and community.
